Flexible Scheduling Options
We provide excellent care Monday - Friday, and also offer part-time options for those families who do not require care five days per week. But, there is a three (3) day minimum per week for all children enrolled in our center. Often plans change, or your alternative care for the day may fall through, so part-time families may request to add days to their standing schedule, provided space is available.
Permanent Schedule Changes-
You’re not permanently locked into the same days that you enroll for. Often childcare needs evolve over time, so families may request to change their child’s agreed upon weekly schedule provided there is availability of the desired days.

We make a special provision for registered teachers only. During the summer months (June-August), teachers may choose to temporarily withdrawal their children while keeping their enrollment space secure, and without the responsibility of paying for tuition.

Parents working in the medical field or as first responders are eligible for a rotating, part-time schedule (maintaining a 3 day per week minimum) for their child.
To be eligible for this option, we must receive the schedule a month in advance, and have a current copy of the employment ID on file.

When expecting the arrival of a new baby, we understand you may temporarily not need childcare, and we are here to support your family in this exciting new transition!
Mothers may choose to temporarily withdrawal their child while keeping their enrollment space secure, and without paying tuition for a period of up to, but not exceeding 60 days.

Children receive 3, 4, or 5 vacation days (tuition-free days) per calendar year. The number of days is given based upon the child’s signed agreement.

Space is available and you want to sign up?!
To secure your space, a non-refundable registration fee of $75 is due. Also payable at the time of registration is a tuition deposit in the amount of $150. The registration and deposit are requested in the form of a check, made payable to “Kingdom Care Learning Center” for $225. After your check is received, we will email the necessary paperwork for your child to start (via Adobe Sign). All required paperwork should be completed as soon as possible as to not delay your desired start date.
Your child’s enrollment space cannot be guaranteed until Kingdom Care receives your tuition deposit. This is used to hold your child’s spot, and is nonrefundable upon non-enrollment.
Tuition

All tuition will be paid though our Tuition Express software. The account of your choice, checking, savings, or credit card, will be safely and securely debited for the agreed tuition amount either every Monday, every other Monday, or the first Monday of the month, depending on which billing option you choose. You must return the authorization form prior to your child attending. There will be a $35.00 fee for any non-sufficient funds or over-the-limit items returned to us from your checking, savings or credit card on file with Tuition Express. Please note, we are a private pay only daycare.
Our program requires us to employ staff based on the number of children enrolled (not number of children present on a particular day). Therefore, we cannot give a reduction in tuition for sick days or emergencies.
When the time comes for your family to leave Kingdom Care, your tuition deposit will be applied to your child’s last week(s) at the Center after at least one year of continuous enrollment IF a two-week written notice is given. If no notice is given, the parent will be charged for two additional weeks and the tuition deposit will not be refunded.
